    Regarding Coinbase and limits?

So I opened up a Coinbase account several weeks ago and then just started withdrawing Bitcoin from my account to my bank but now Coinbase prompts me with a message "before you must complete this sell you must provide more info"

Is this something to be worried about to put in more of my info...it was easy at first to withdraw a couple thousand at a time, now I get this message and can't withdraw..any input guys?

It's happened to a few people.

It is only to worry about as you may lose your account there. They will still pay out all your money if they do close you down.

It depends on where you have been transferring the btc to from your coinbase account and where it comes in from what you can say.

Your story needs to be plausible based on the transfer history they see.

I checked off both Investing and Trading and my limits got raised, so I guess I am fine again.

Basically you can use bitcoin for anything but gambling. You can buy drugs, hire hitmen, fund terrorist groups, but if you are a suspected gambler you get banned. Pathetic. Fuk coinbase.

There are other wallets to use where you have no limits and no restrictions as far a iknow

    http://www.bitcoinarmory.com
I think its impossible to get limited or "banned", since you download software ,and dont log in anywhere. only you control your wallet
I have used it for a half year, no problems.

thanks for the heads up I might look into this...so in a sense would I still need to use both airbitz and Coinbase with a software you just mentioned or could I just use that software alone...also since you have had it there have not been any issues you have experienced withdrawing money back to your bank account?

Yes, Investing/Trading. And remember you are not anomymous at Coinbase, so best to be honest when they ask for verification info. Keep in mind that I have been going Coinbase > Bitstamp or Kraken, so makes it easier to pull off saying you are trader.

...is bit stamp basically the same thing as like for instance poloniex? I've been always going the route of sports book>airbitz>coinbase>bank

so should I now do sports book>airbitz>poloniex>coinbase>bank to better disguise and use that I'm a trader and investor if they ask?

I don't know if airbitz is more tolerant than coinbase, but yes your stream would be correct. I would also make one actual trade at poloniex or wherever selling all my bitcoin and rebuying either at a profit or to break about even, as that helps disassociate your name from the bitcoins.

There may be some Bitcoins ATM in your location where you can buy and sell directly. Luckily, there are a few at my location.

Benefit of this is no question asked to sell your coins for cash. Limits up to $1,000 per day without ID, of course they can not ban you at the ATM.

Poloniex is correct to use when using Coinbase/Circle/other exchanges that ban. You can skip Poloniex when using exchanges that don't ban. If you use glidera (Airbitz exchange), then you can skip Poloniex.

Airbitz to sportsbook and vice versa works for the time bein

I dont use airbitz or coinbase, so no.

I transfere from my bookmaker too my wallet (in bitcoinarmory) from there, to localbitcoin.com and to my bank account.

The only downside is that the selling price is much higher than the market so you will be getting less money when you sell at an ATM.
