    Do you have to make a deposit with Bitcoin to a sportsbook in order to request a payout via Bitcoin ??

    no. 5 dimes and heritage will let you cashout via bitcoin even if you've never deposited using bitcoin.

    Nope...you may have lower Bitcoin withdrawal limits...but you should be fine at the bigger, quality books
