    Bitcoin withdrawls question

    I play at three books: BetDSI, Heritage and Bookmaker. In the past week I requested bitcoin withdrawls from all three. Betdsi took 4 hours, heritage 5 hours, but for bookmaker it is going on 50 hours and nothing. All they say is it is pending approval. What is going on? Usually I love all three books, but something like this will make me go down to two books.

    Welcome to SBR Forum and thanks for sharing. Is this your first bitcoin withdrawal at Bookmaker, and have you previously deposited with bitcoin by any chance?

    Not the first withdrawl and yes I've deposited via bitcoin before. That is what doesn't make sense. I'd understand a delay if it was the first time.

    We discussed this thread with a manager. SBR was advised that Bookmaker is not running behind on bitcoin payouts. There is a compliance issue that must be resolved with your account. Please write in to help@sportsbookreview.com for further detail.
