So I went to local store that was listed on libertyx site after telling clerk what to do per the web site I purchased $50...Easy peasy but they charged me sales tax 8.5%!!!! Not suppose to correct?

No not supposed to. He is pocketing it. Did you get a legit receipt? I had a guy pull this on me and I reported them to libertyx. Not much else you can do but take your business elsewhere. I found a good spot and I give the guy an extra $2 each transaction since they don't make much money on it.
