    Anyone with Cloudbet ever get error messages when processing bets?

    Over the last week I keep getting the following message:

    "A problem has occurred processing this bet. Our groundsmen are looking into it."

    Happens 95% of the time I process a bet. The only time I get anything processed is if I bet 1 bitcoin, even then I still get the message. Any reasonable bet size, I get it EVERY TIME.

    I contacted them about this a week ago and their customer service said they are looking into it and then ignore all future emails.

    Am I the only one getting this message?

    Yeah I was debating when to post about this. I have been having it go on for longer then that. Started out most of the time and then worked sometimes with smaller bets, other times not at all. Now last 2 days can't get anything down. I have emailed multiple times and all I get are form responses saying they are looking into it and one time they said it was resolved (which it was not). I'm just about ready to withdraw everything and move on because this is ridiculous.

    Have you made a lot off them by any chance? I keep thinking this is them screwing with me because of my success there.

    I've had the account about a month now and at first had no issues at all. Then I won a decent amount and the error message started coming up. The thought crossed my mind that it was account related but I still assume/hope it's a general issue.

    I have emailed countless times and barely any of my messages are answered. When they are, it's the same generic "looking into it" message. How long have you been seeing the message for? I believe I first saw it on Thanksgiving and has been happening ever since.

    Well some good news, all of the sudden I have no problems at all betting non-live lines. Once nba live starts up and I try that I will report back on that too.. maybe they fixed the issue..fingers crossed.

    I ONLY bet live so I wouldn't know if it's impacted in pre game lines. You were getting the message on those too? Definitely keep me updated on live bets.

    OK, the good news is I can get my bets in on live most of the time now...but only for 1 btc risk, never more and can never rebet it before it has moved. Better then nothing, but I wish the limits were higher and it didnt display a limit that I can never get.

    New night, new error message on live bets.

    Tonight I keep getting:

    "One or more of your selections were removed as previous bets have been made on them."

    These are on markets I haven't made a SINGLE BET ON. And even if I did, it shouldn't make a difference. Beyond frustrated and cloud customer service has been no help whatsoever.

    Hoping sbr can help.

    When I first opened my account, I was able to bet up to the limit every time. The limit usually ranged from 3-10 bitcoins on live hockey/football/basketball.

    Now, I can once in a while get 1 bitcoin accepted without an error message but even THAT only works less than 50% of the time.

    Wow I can't even get that. Are these all live markets? I get less than 50% of my 1 bitcoin bets on markets I hadn't even touched yet.

    I should add:

    ALL of these markets have an easy way to see what the exact maximum is. They constantly change, but if you enter 100, it will automatically lower the bet size to the max amount. Like I said earlier, this ranges usually from 3 to 10 bitcoins.

    I have a nitrogen account but they offer far less live betting from what I can see. Cloud offers every nba/nhl game live and nitrogen only offers a select few. As a 100% live player, that's my issue.

    Today for the most part it has been 1 (if I'm lucky)

    There was about an hour stretch where I was able to get more, but for most of the day it's been limited.

    How has yours been?

    Never tried more then the one per play today, but yesterday it wouldn't take more then the one.

    Cloudbet has said they're looking into this, we will report back with what management shares. If this is a form of sharp defense, you probably want to wear it as a badge of honor and play elsewhere. Best case for you guys is that it's a software glitch and will be fixed.

    There is another very annoying problem, getting these "unresponsive script" messages quite often now. It freezes up my whole computer for a short time until I can stop the script and close cloudbet. Please fix that.

    There is a chance you have a corrupted version of flash.

    No, but I do NBA. Anything over 1 btc risk is always rejected, I don't even try anymore. One risk works pretty normally, but often I can never bet it at the same number again even if it is later in the game. Is this your experience with nba?

    Yea that's pretty similar to my experience. I can accept the fact I can get small nba bets multiple times in a game. But I am beyond frustrated I can't get a single hockey bet in. SBR told me that cloud is still blaming "technical issues" and I am currently waiting for an update. Technical issues since Thanksgiving?

    Ron, what is the EXACT error message you were getting?

    I have a new one now. Says...

    "Please reduce your stake and try again."

    I get this message when I try wagers UNDER 1 bitcoin! Sometimes when placing fractions of a bitcoin simply to experiment.

    It's clear they have my account on a manual approval at this point. I have done absolutely nothing wrong except go on a decent run of late. I've only had my account for about a month.

    Disgusting from a book that says "high limits, high rollers. 100's of btc per bet" on their HOME PAGE.

    SBR, still no update?
