Besides Circle and Coinbase... are there any other wallets that allow you to accept bitcoin payments and withdrawal to bank account?

Any exchange will have wallets that allow you to do bank wires if you are in the USA. Otherwise, I don't really know why you'd need any other services to cash out. Your limits should be at least $3000-10000 at the services that you list and I don't think you'll find a better service in terms of fees/speed than Circle.
So no, I don't know of any other services that are better for using a USA bank or debit card.

There is kraken.com that is US based. You can also do international wire to and from bitfinex.comBesides Circle and Coinbase... are there any other wallets that allow you to accept bitcoin payments and withdrawal to bank account?
Also btc-e.com does withdraw to a credit card but I would not try to deposit there from the US.
