I registered two weeks ago and received the $35 nodeposit bonus. Completed the 12 X rollover last nite. When I went to withdraw, I got a popup saying that user does not have an active account, cannot withdraw. I sent a message to support to find out why, but haven't heard back yet. Can anyone here tell me what active account means? I looked in the FAQ's and it says under terms that as soon as the roller over requirements have been made the restrictions for withdrawing will be lifted.

Pete- what exactly does 'rollover' mean?

is it 12 bets of any size? or do the bets have to be of a minimum amount to count towards the 12. I know they have to be -200 or worse odds to count.

Surely you can't just bet like $2 12 different times right?

Bets made at below 1/2 (1.50) (-200), void, tie or cancelled will be not counted towards the rollover requirements.

The maximum amount per bet counted towards rollover is $10. So you have to make at least 42 $10 bets to accomplish the requirement(12 X $35 = $420)

the 12 x stands for twelve times your Deposit and/or Bonus amount.

Ie, if you deposit $50 and get a $50 bonus for $100 total, then you need to make $1200 worth of bets before being allowed to withdraw.

It's slightly different rules at almost all books so you need to make sure you understand how that book does it before taking any bonus.

Some talk about rollover of just the deposit, others talk rollover of deposit+bonus and some have rules based on how much you win from the bonus needing to be rolled over.

I uploaded my verification documents so that I could withdraw my winnings from the $35 nodeposit bonus. Jetwin customer service tells me that it can take up to 4 days for the KYC process to be completed. Has anyone else had this issue?
