You could also ask for a proof of double account. Is to easy for them just to tell there is a duplicate account. I do not judge about it of course, but you should check the terms and conditions. The only thing they might can harm you is if you used VPN because more users might use that. On that way it is possible.

Even if you had a stagnant other account, its no justification to confiscate funds.

If you had multiple accounts, with duplicate bets to circumvent limits, thats another story.

I’ve asked for proof or evidence as to why they are making such a claim and they have provided nothing. I’ve never used a VPN. They never even asked to verify any of my info. Seems pretty clear they just don’t want to pay out the 5 BTC I won and are hoping I give up and go away. They offered to let me withdrawal my original deposit.

I’m not going to give up.

That is the classic bs those sites pull when they dont want to pay. Had same bs with nitrogen.
They can always say duplicate account and dont even have to show you proof.
That the problem with all those shady sites.
