Coinbase fee

Has anyone won Elise had a issue with Coinbase coding debit card fees as over the counter ATM fees. I have been charged from my bank an extra $10 because the say Coinbase is coding the transaction that way. I got the fee reversed but want to know if this is something new

Yes, my card issuer stated when I called them not too long ago that Coinbase has recently been categorizing the transactions as "quasi-cash", rather than a regular purchase, which can have implications if you are using a credit card and get hit with cash advance fees/interest.
