Other than SBR Andy is there anyone else who has direct contact with the management? Or is SBR Andy the sole owner/management/store runner/contest runner/etc. Is it possible that SBR is owned by a single guy who bought the site at a bottom bargain price?

Guys this is pretty much what a rug pull feels like. Be happy we didn't invest much money.
Forget the store... This site as a whole is a ghost town at this point. Barely any posts, 80% utter nonsense. Some guys like jjgold are trying but it really isn't working. This place is pretty much dead.

We would like to address the questions surrounding the Store and its plan going forward. Your all SOL as far as your points are concerned ,
Customer service no longer exists, if players are annoyed or upset thats too bad because there is nothing you can do about it. Are there any other questions?
With the "value" of points right now, it might as well be 1,000 freeplay!
Any idea when tiers are coming?

I think the major reason it did not happen is that Andy or upper management did not know it was a thing.
In hindsight Shari or I should have made him aware and I think they would have been happy to continue the tradition.
Right now a lot of staff are on leave until early January so they don't know still. Andy's not just ignoring the complaint.

can you exchange these points in bitcoin since there is nothing in the store.
The reason there is nothing at the store is the new ownership didn't bring bitcoin when they bought the site. The old owners were smart and bought a lot of bitcoin 5 years ago when it was trading in the 3-4k range so when the bitcoin gained a lot of steam after they were giving away only a fraction of what they bought for store orders. The new owners bought the site when bitcoin was trading at 60k so they didn't have the funding to complete the orders and shut down the store.
Paver has run a full and thorough audit of the entire operation.
