    your negative balance is coming from a freeplay that was either cancelled/postponed or was a push. office staff will correct it manually on Monday morning.

    I have minus points as well, over 1000 free play. I get same message when trying to bet on sbr sportsbook

    Received some freeplay points today but it doesn't match up to the trivia question wins. I guess something is better than nothing.

    New(old) staff member got on to it today. I think she got more done yesterday than new(new) staff had managed in the last week.

    SBR Book wiped out?

    My SBR Book total of almost 10,000 pts is gone? Anybody else lose everything.
    When I try and sign in I get this:
    System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)
