    Think Spider explained that it was probably caused by a Freeplay bet where the game was either cancelled or pushed.
    Used to happen to me fairly often during baseball season with a parlay. I would just contact Genie and she'd get it straightened out in a snap.
    Hopefully they'll get the process down and won't take so long to fix next time it happens.

    I was in casino and it stop loading, went out to fornt page could not get back in. Says error and not supported.

    Fair assessment Coach. Any book that pays is at least a "C" IMO and no one is getting stiffed here. Rare I use Sportsbook besides trivia free plays but has served its purpose when I have and bets were graded by next morning.     If you plan on betting EPL soccer on weekends you better make damn sure you make all picks on Friday.When they shut down on Sat. and Sun. mornings for whatever reason,when they come back up the matches have already started.

    Grading isn't a big deal as they get to it eventually.

    Can't ever remember the book being shut down as much as it is now.
