    SBr store have more empty shelves than most UK supermarkets

    Though for international players like me. Only pinnacle and sports interaction. Any solution in sight

    just like UK supermarkets, store will be replenished. store in transition right now. be patient till merchandise arrives soon.

    I had an order completed last Thursday for BetCris cash. Still no funds in account. I’ve never seen delays like this before. Usually 1-3 days max and i see funds in my account after the completed order message. Does this have to do with the sports book being taken off the SBR Store? Thanks

    I made an order for BookMaker cash Sept 16th......36 days ago and still no funds?

    I got completed order status Oct 14th, 8 days ago (a month after placing the order) ....still Nada!

    Ok sounds good!

    My order dated back to early August and last Thursday (Oct 14) finally saw the completed order status same as you so figured like usual a day or two I should see funds but nothing yet. I guess since I’m not the only one I won’t contact the sportsbook as it may be a SBR delay.

    I put in an order on 10/17/21, my points were taken for the store order but have not received my E mail with my gift card. ? Never had this happen.

    My Betcris order was completed on july 26th but have not actually received the funds and SBR has not replied to my emails. 7250 points down the drain I guess?

    Would be nice to get an explanation as to why the majority of us was completed on October 14th but no one received funds. I don’t know the procedure but I assumed the status is changed to complete once funds were sent unless I’m wrong.

    Im not bitching as I know I always end up receiving my funds so hats off to SBR for that however keeping us in the loop of situations like this would be nice.
