    store order wont work

    i placed 2 orders for sportscash 3 months ago after finding out internationals cannot use BTC in the store, both were pending for literally 3 months , 1 cancelled and 1 is still pending. Ive PMD mod multiple times with 0 help, what do i even do at this point waiting 3 months for an order that doesnt even work? Internationals only have sportsbook cash and it doesnt even work so whats the point of being PRO if you cannot use the PRO rewards?

    Any help would be appreciated since ive been asking for months now on PM with no help at all. And i did the sportsbook cash through the site that i signed up PRO with, ive messaged the site (sportsinteraction) and they said its on SBRs end

    I had an order from February 14th that was cancelled on May 1st. Still no response as to why it was cancelled.

    There really is no point in being pro anymore, unfortunately.

    I think the solution for everyone to advocate as a group for other options from the store like consumer goods, t-shits, pizza ...etc... if the sportsbook cash doesnt work anymore

    agreed.. no point being PRO if we literally cannot even use the store, 3 full months for 0 help, 1 cancelled order and 1 pending
    seems like others are having similar issues, SBR is a solid forum but needs to tend to international PROs when US literally has 10+ items and we have 1 choice that gets capped off at $500 per book and half the books dont even pay??? Bitcoin should be added and its not even a question, contests can pay BTC but SBR store cannot? Give internationals any other choice , i can understand gift cards to franchises due to legality issues but items like ipads etc can be shipped to Canada/ internationally? Make the user pay the duty / shipping fee at worst or figure something out , INT PROS shouldnt be getting screwed over with 0 responses or help

    I agree that BTC should be an option for us International players because they pay out contest in BTC to us so why not add this option in the Store.

    i cannot comprehend why it would be an issue ? if they can pay btc for contests to internationals you should be able to buy from store , if not im sure ETH , LTC can be added at worst

    i think all internationals need to band together or SBR wont give a crap,hence me messaging for months and getting 0 help, i want to support the forum but we deserve some rewards as well not just US

    Good points, I think posters would be open to paying the international shipping for whatever items the points could get them.

    realistically better than having 0 options, bitcoin/ crypto would be #1 easiest im assuming and should just be a given for availability , but items should be added and internationals pay the fees or something along those lines should be available ?     Not sure if it's worth something but I wouldn't mind accepting Bitcoin at 50% the Betpoint rate americans get (meaning I would be happy getting 50% of what americans get in store).

    tbh bitcoin is a worldwide international currency no reason to pay more or less , it should be the same for everybody and available to everbody, even items like ipads , clothing etc should be the same and internationals can just pay duties, shipping at worst

    im sure that would have a ton of legal loopholes and these sportsbook cash rewards barely even get paid so IMO not even worth it
    crypto or physical items is the way to go really, all internationals need to band together, would help us and in turn help SBR from internationals reuping PRO and telling friends about the forum

    No, unless 50 more people complain. Then probably, with an apologetic one liner.

    I agree that BTC should be an option for us International players because they pay out contest in BTC to us so why not add this option in the Store.

    i dont personally see how every single international user would agree with these statements tbh, only benefits the users and experience. We get Sportsbook cash that doesnt even work, whats the point of going PRO? im sure internationals would pay the $100 donation fee yearly like US to get similar store offers

    btc should just be a 100% given for everybody theres 0 restrictions / legal issues with BTC internationally thats literally the entire point of crypto

    I have 9316 betpoints and can't spend them on anything; being Canadian I already have accounts at Pinnacle and SIA. I used them for other books in the past but SBR took them away, i would use them for bitcoin but it isn't allowed for international users.

    Just noticed my order says complete as of June 3rd. No funds yet but as usual I know there is a slight delay for funds to reach my account. Only odd thing is that I didn’t receive the order complete email that I usually receive.

    Thanks SBR for completing this order. Took a while but at least it was done!

    1 order took 3 months to cancel, other took 3.5 months to go through, basically been a 5-6 month process to do 1 SBR order for $100 rollover

    appreciate it , but still would like physical items or crypto added
