    Is anyone getting their SBR Store Order?

    Ordered $100 BetCris cash on June 3rd, marked complete on June 17th..2 months and 10 days after ordering and I haven't received anything.. Messaged SBRGenie about a month ago, no response. Messaged SBRForum 2 days ago, no response..I'm pretty patient but when it says 14 days and 2 months later you have nothing and can't get a response, it's a little frustrating to say the least. Anyone else having this kind of difficulty ?

    Order - 42804... please help

    I still haven't received my order which is marked complete. It's now been 3 months since it was marked complete and almost 3 1/2 months since I ordered it. If you could help figure out whats going on it would be much appreciated.

    OMG, over 3 months and they still owe $100 to a customer. Your situation is worse than mine, Djohns04. My order will complete 80 days very soon.

    Apparently Pinnacle is crediting the money really quick, at least to me. However, Betcris is not. I have been waiting 2 weeks to receive my money since my order was completed, a lot less than OP though. I guess we will have to be patient.

    SBR is ignoring me.

    What about to complain to the books that one of their affiliates is not paying customers? I would not be happy to have my brand linked with such practices.

    And tell them we will not use our accounts (that generate revenue to SBR) while (or never more) this is not solved?

    I'm not sure it's sbr's fault. As I said, Pinnacle credited my money instantly, while Betcris still hasn't.

    Of course it is. It happened with different books, like 5Dimes, Bookmaker, BetCris, Justbet and even Pinnacle, as you can see in this very thread. Moreover, SBR is simply ignoring us.

    I had a $500 5Dimes order that they canceled without explanation after 75 days. I insta replyed to the cancelation e-mail and someone asked me if I could receive it by Bitcoin transfer. Then I sent my address, but I did not receive it, neither a simple reply to my other messages (e-mail, live chat, forum). It occured 14 days ago.

    Damn I wish I had seen this thread 48 hours ago, I cashed in 5334 points for $200 in btc a couple days ago. Last time I did this was in July and it took less than a day to receive the btc

    You will get it right away.

    SBR no longer cares about international players, but if you qualify for BTC, you must be in the US so you are good.

    Still waiting on my Pinnacle sportbook cash order, marked complete on Sept. 13th but received nothing in account yet.
