    so far ive been in contact with genie sbr drew sbr forum and thre problem has not been rectified. this is poor customer service at its best.

    not even a followup saying they are still working on the issue.

    Nadda going on 5-6 weeks now

    Can you please do me a favour and send an email through to forum@sportsbookreview.com? That way every person on the distribution list will see it and it's probably the best way to get a reply and/or remedy if you need one. I realise it's frustrating and I apologise for that but trust me that your issue wouldn't have been overlooked intentionally. Send through an email and let's see what happens!

    are you serious? is someone else using your handle then at SBR to talk on live help. I talked to you several times on there along with sending PM to SBR drew and SBR Forum again.

    Ive talked to several people after the order was cancelled. I had sent a live chat form from betcris explaining to me that my account was linked to sbr i sent that to sbr forum PM and the email address. Its been now 2-3 weeks and no one has gotten back to me.
