    SBR Sportsbook Cancelled bets?

    Had this happen before. Bets just get cancelled and there's no record of them ever being placed.
    Any reason why this is the case. There should at least be a notification on why bet was cancelled...

    Miro, yes we do inform by sending the user a private message once we cancel any pending bets and of course indicating the reason for it's cancellation.

    May I ask what game/s you are referring?

    Freeplays that tie(push) are losses.

    When you place your bet and confirm it, if there's a line change, a new screen appears that asks you if you accept the change. if you don't click accept, then the bet is cancelled. this is what might have happened in your case.

    Jaime, I reviewed your total freeplay points for this month and you were credited twice, Setemper 7 for 60 points and Septemeber 18 for 451 points with an overall total of 511 FP points.

    Next, I reviewed your wager history using the said points and you also used it twice, Sept 7 - Parlay 3 teams for CFB/SOC/SOC original wager amount of 60 FP points and Sept. 18 - Parlay 2 teams for MLB oginal wager amount of 451 points, which will sum up the overall 511 points.

    Please send us a message in this address, forum@sportsbookreview.com if you want a screenshot copy of the said freeplay wagers for a transparency.
