    When renewing your pro membership, if you don't have the 3000 points required to do so, don't ask for a loan.

    Make that $100 donation

    There's nobody more broke than the guy borrowing points to renew

    Not sure how easy it is nowadays to get a sizable loan - seems like loaning overall has significantly decreased as part of the community here. I think this is because some people who used to lend (like myself) realized that the amount of interest you gain doesn't tend to be compensated for by the inevitable times that you get stiffed. With that in mind, not really much incentive for anyone to give loans, certainly not fairly large ones - pro renewal of 3000 points certainly would qualify as such imo.

    When LAZ burned me for 1k worth of points, my loaning career was done. Always going to be the principal, not because of points. Donate the $100.00 for the great feeling of helping and the tax write off too. Win Win!

    I give loans out and don't charge interest. I just hope people do the right thing and pay back. Interest in all forms from Banks ect is highway robbery. Can't believe Banks charge over 15'-33% for personal loans. That is exploiting people

    eh im fine with banks charging interest that ppl agree too. im not fine with the banks manipulating the money supply in order to devalue our money and wages or to cause booms and depressions.
