    Astrodomer currently has a loan with me for long time and is well behind but he has communicated and started a modified 6 back a day approach to his loan...so his first 6 a day minimum would need to pay back first to me.

    no not at this point. ur track record not good.

    as discuss in your PMS we have a plan in place. lets get some consistency on this large delay at 75% thats nothing to brag about thats quite bad in fact from where you should and agreed to be (ie done long ago) and I have not added interest penalty to this as you have communicated and have a plan to pay off in full.
