    u can cross jags off the list they will not sign cousins after paying bortles

    also arizona can be crossed off they are not going to spend the money it takes to get him

    bills are interesting seen odds on bills as low as 12-1 so good value on them at 25-1 also vikings look good at 6-1 since keenum won't be back or teddy or sam they need a qb have the cap space and are a super bowl ready team so if he wants to win vikes would be place to go or if he just wants to be highest paid ever it will be the jets don't think elway will pay he's cheap

    The wording in the prop says start of 2018 regular season which means first regular season game. He can be traded, died, retire etc before first game of regular season.
