    SBR Sportsbook grading errors

    everytime i win a parlay with a free play, i go negative in AT RISK for the amount of the bet. Every time, as in the last 10 times, this has happened. It screws with my balance and total points won and i have to go into the chat, and half the time they just give me 60 points and the other half of the time they clear my at risk but that means i lose the 60 points.

    is there anyway around this? and can you please give me the 60 points and fix my balance?
