    question you those writing loans

    Hey guys I am new to the site. I started my account a while ago and then I just forgot the site was here. I spent a few hours today reading through the forums, getting to know the ins and outs of the site. I was left with these questions.
    1) Is going pro with it?
    2) Why do you guys give loans to people?
    3) How do you verify that they will pay you back?

    Yes. It is worth it. You will easily make the $100 back and should make about $200 or $300.

    Not that many give loans. Do it to make extra points and it is more profitable than gambling.

    Giving loans is very, very high risk. You are counting on someone's honor as a gambler. I just got stiffed.

    Yeah. We charge extremely high interest. Basically 20% per year is a great deal here. We charge 30 for some. So we can take a stiff here and there. You just have to make a judgment about that person. I got lazy and loaned to a cracker which is a big no no.

    Yeah. He is not coming around unless he gets threatened with a ban. If he does there is a small chance he will pay. I don't know what the policy is and he caught me when I was just starting and didn't think to look for PRO status. He also does not appear to be as big a moron as he is.
