    Sbr staff

    I renewed my pro status 2 weeks ago.
    I have communications and receipts to prove this.

    Why am I getting PM's telling me I haven't?

    What is the problem here?

    Your account is currently in transition which means you still might get those emails even though you're about ready to turn pro again.

    I'm not ready to turn pro again, I already turned pro again two weeks ago.

    How about I charge back the not one but two donations I gave to charities and just say screw it.

    It's a transitional account which will get turned over to pro status officially for the new year

    The PMs are on an auto loop server so it probably has not communicated with the loop

    If you renewed early it's probably just a glitch in the alert system. And if you have done the donation and have it confirmed there isn't going to be any problem.

    I've reported your post and one of the admin staff should sort you out in office hours.

    There aren't any pending applications in the system for your account.

    To clarify, you need to submit a pro application using the pro application form: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sbr-pro

    Regarding donations; if you donated via Cure Angelman.org, there is an email receipt which is sent which asks you to forward the donation to cashier@sbrforum.com. We have not received this email or any email from your account.

    If you donated via Make A Wish, all you have to do is submit the Pro application and enter the real name you used to make the donation so that we are able to match it up and then approve the application.

    We will PM you these details.

    We temporarily deleted your Pro status so we could make you a Pro manually. Basically once your status is in renewal, you have to submit a Pro application as if you are a brand new user applying for the first time. Because we never received an application from your account your status wasn't updated so you received the second reminder.
