    Problem with pro application

You have recently denied my pro application. You wrote that I didnt sign up using the link. I wrote back and explained why this was not true, but as I have not recieved an answer, I will try here instead.

Several years ago I signed up at Justbet through the SBR link. The only reason why I signed up at Justbet was in order to go Pro, so I made sure that I used the link.

The last few years I have renewed my pro status by holding a deposit at Justbet. I have gotten sportsbook cash several times to Justbet, something you can only get, if you have signed up through SBR.

And I even wrote this PM to SBRadmin3 the last time there was a problem with the pro application.

    Message Me
    What?

    Hi,

    What does this mean?

I asked you if a 200$ deposit to justbet would renew my pro application. You said yes, as I have signed up at Justbet through your link. Then I deposited 200$ into justbet.

And I have kept the 200$ in the account without wagering untill you have renewed my pro application.

    Regards

I think its pretty clear that I signed up at Justbet using your link, so I dont know how you could come to the conclusion that I did not. Maybe it was because I didnt tick the box that said "this is my first deposit and i used the link etc.", but I didnt tick that box because it wasnt my first deposit. But I did still use the link.

I have resubmitted a pro application. I hope you will look into it.

My pro application has now been pending for 10 days. Is SBR really stalling this so I will end up losing all my points? Including FP-points I have over 20K points.

Someone from SBR please look at this and fix it. There is zero doubt that I signed up at Justbet through SBR. I even found this order in my account history.

I don't think there is an option to renew with the same book anymore Pareto.

I'd go back and have a look at the application form again and make sure you can do what you want.

Or renew with 3000 of those points instead if you have that option there.

But I cant go back and look because i get a message that reads: "Your SBR Pro request is pending. Email GoPro@sbrforum.com with any questions"

And when i try and email GoPro@sbrforum.com i get the following message:

Your message to gopro@sbrforum.com couldn't be delivered.
    gopro wasn't found at sbrforum.com.

I would gladly renew with 3000 points if that was possible, but I dont believe it is. But the question is more this. Are the points useless to me now. The reason I was given when you rejected my renewal was that I didnt sign up using the link ( which I have proven that I did). So will you also reject me when I use points for cash to Justbet at the SBR store? And if so, then what are the points good for?

I guess we will find out. I will put out a order for 100$ to my Justbet account in the store. And we will se what reply I get.

There has been a recent email server update. I'll let admin know that email address is not working.

    Please email help@sportsbookreview.com

I am not involved in the pro-renewals so do not know the answer to your questions but as you surmise, if you have been approved to buy sportsbook cash in the past, then someone must have thought you were an SBR referral at that stage. So yes, I think if you purchase sportsbook cash for Justbet it would go through like last time.

As far as the message you got back... I kinda sorta suspect it's just not clear and you were actually rejected as you cannot renew with the same book anymore. It has to be a new book account.

I am in same boat, reapplied on 9th using JustBet account number as I have maintained a balance in that book as the application did allow for this year.

I received a message that same day stating application received, and instructions to wait 2-4 business days for processing.

Now 7 business days later and all I have received is another reminder to send in my application for renewal (which was sent after the message acknowledging application had been received.)

The messaging address offered as a contact for follow up questions is indeed: GoPro@SBRforum.com, and it does not currently exist.

Old time participant here, started in with SBR just a few months after it opened, hope someone at SBR takes this up and tends to it.

    Hi Checkerboard,

That's because an auto-email for pro renewal was set and that the message will continue to appear considering your application is still pending, but as long as no email receive saying your application was denied, all you need to do is to wait for its approval.

Can someone be denied a PRO status at the time of registration? Why would one be denied at the time of renewal? Does this have to do with player profiling (if you win at a book you signed up for through SBR link, you may become a nuisance... that sort of thing?)

We were originally advised you signed up through another website so the application was denied. But Justbet is one of the sponsors that is diligent about wanting active users in exchange for the promo perks. You're not able to use Justbet moving forward for extra perks, even though they allowed you to initially.

We're sorry for the inconvenience, please choose a different sponsor for your Pro status.
