I didn't want to have to create a thread to have this issue resolved, but I have no choice.
I renewed my SBR PRO Status on Monday night, August 10th.
Technically, it may have been early morning, Tuesday August 11th.
After several PM's, a couple e-mails and multiple attempts on "Live Chat" no one from SBR has responded yet.
I've been a loyal member here since January 2nd, 2009. Apparently that doesn't matter...
My donation has cleared and my account has been charged.
Do the right thing here, SBR!
