Hello moderator, I have 2 questions. I am using the sportsbook 25$ for new accounts and I have 2 failed bookies where I can't receive the money. Or can I?
1st- Titan Bet. Registered there in September 2014 not by SBR. Any chance to get it?
2nd- Sportsinteraction. Was about to register via SBR, by acident closed the page, re-open and made the sign up, only then remebered that I should do it by sbr. Talk to them by e-mail, they said they couldn't delete the account.

Are both cases useless for me?

You have to accounts that you signed up via sbr link

shaunovery is right. To get the bonuses you need to create the accounts via the SBR link.

That's pretty bad. I forgot to use the "register via this link" and I talked to the bookie and they can't delete the account. That's awful
