Thought I'd start a thread over here to track our loan started on 3/6. As of now, you have paid off 100/400. Tomorrow is the one week point which will charge 5% of the outstanding balance. If no further payments are made today, it will be 100/415. If any payments are made today, I will update the amount accordingly.

Didn't the loan start on a Saturday? Wouldn't that mean the day of interest starts on Saturday?
You could just decide to halt any interest for the next 2 weeks while I cant play poker, that is what other lenders would have done and what I would have done

I bumped the original loan request in the poker thread. I confirmed the loan on 3/6 at 9:46 pm (on a Friday). I will take today's payment into consideration since it was officially done before two weeks. It will save you 5 points.
So so we are at 200/425
As for stopping interest, I don't see why I would. I can't help what caused your suspension from poker. You are still getting your daily points and could pay me off in less than 3 weeks if you wanted to. So I feel there is to make any alterations to the loan.

Also, PO banned from poker for a month, not for duration of the series...I imagine that means he'd be back in the dailies after the month is up, just not eligible for the WSOP seat.
Anyone who has loaned would be "representative of lenders in general." Since I've given many loans, I'm actually over qualified in stating what I would do.

Considering how many of your loans have been to people who ended up stiffing you, and how irrational you are in general, you might very well be less qualified than anyone who's only lent once
Bobbo will shoot any angle he can get without a doubt, but I wouldn't say that's the case here...I don't think anyone believes he should bow out for a certain period of time just because you got banned for an unrelated but shady incident.
Understandably, doesn't hurt to ask...for reference, if I was still tracking interest, I probably wouldn't have forgone it due to something like this either.

Well we all know why, unethical people solicit multiple loans at one time.
Well broadway, I only asked 10 minutes before the tournament started because I knew that I would win at least 100 poker points by just signing up. It would have given me a shot at winning and rolling over 300 or so.
I assume that we wont have any poker next week, so it will be tough to earn points if I don't play on the weekends.

YEP, the ol 18th hole debacle; which i thoroughly investigated, revealed waves' true colors............ he was assisting in a ponzi scheme not so much to help the true owners of 18th, but rather to solicit new members (and defending the owners in doing so, who he knew to be conartists much like himself since they were screwing him) so they'd deposit funds which waves hoped would be used to pay himself off...... he was willing to vouch for 18th hole on numerous forums to hopefully recover his own pathetic losses he stood to incur if the book didn't con new members into joining......... in essence, tho he did it for his own personal benefit, he helped perpetrate a sham on the general public. easily could have wound up in jail for his misdeeds..........
