    Your questions are applicable to all International user with SBR accounts created/registered with the option of having a Pro status automatically.

    1. Yes, as 3,000 betpoints is the most that can be used for your first store transaction.
    2. Yes, after the first transaction your points will reset regardless how many points left in your account. "Your true betpoints balance will not be reflected until your order is fulfilled."
    3. Books that was created through SBR link are the only books that qualifies you in the purchase for the SBR store.

    Been looking for a bit and couldn't find a thread on this. Is there a page or thread that explains exactly how to roll over poker points won from the dailys. If anyone could provide a link to either I would appreciate it. Just starting to play these somewhat regularly and have some points to play with in my poker account. Thanks.

    Im just following up on my application status.
    My initial application was rejected since donation wasnt processed upon time of approval.
    The transaction has now cleared, i submitted 2nd application and still waiting upon acceptance since 3/3

    I have checked your account and it seems that you're located out of US. Charity options for the application of pro status or renewal is only available for users inside the US.

    My PRO membership expires today. I put in my renewal about a month ago but haven't heard anything. I did get notified that renewal application was received. Am I to just wait patiently? I assume this takes time, just don't want to get caught out.

    The options that appear for you are based on your geographic location. If you're in the US then your only option is charity donation. If you're outside the US then you need to open a brand new sportsbook account through one of the books listed on the application and make at least the minimum deposit.

    Sorry if wrong place, but it wouldn't let me post a new thread and didn't know which mod to contact. Having difficulty with my SBR Sportsbook account. It is giving me errors when I try to bet. I think the problem is where it says my pending bets is negative 60, so that's messing something up. Could someone please take a look or maybe see what I'm doing wrong? Never had issue before.
