    Just in case anyone new sees this.

    Please refrain from asking for additional loans while you are currently stiffing Triple D.

    Disagree with the terms whatever but you have not even payed back the principal yet, much less any interest. Just because you agreed to terms and decided you did not want to follow your terms as agreed does not mean the initial loan goes away.

    if you agreed to the terms, regardless if triple was trying to screw you, then you have nobody to blame but yourself. You agreed to the terms.

    if triple bought out the debt from someone else, while you may say the new terms were unfair, it would still be your fault as you had to be bailed out.
