-Aside from the initial loan amount, no other points can be sent to the sportsbook until this loan is paid in full. This includes all points, even if an amount is withdrawn form the sportsbook it can't be sent back until loan is paid in full.

-You must enter poker tournaments with your own points every day until loan is paid off.

-You shall not solicit or accept other loans until this loan is paid off, nor shall you send points to anyone else until this loan is paid in full.

-You shall not use the word "quandary" in any of your posts until the loan is paid in full.


Violation of any of the above terms will result in the weekly interest doubling for each violation until the loan is paid in full, and starting to accrue immediately rather than after 1 month. For example: if points are shipped to sportsbook once, weekly interest is 50 points. If it happens again (or solicit another loan etc), doubles again to 100 points.

Guy cannot be trusted with regular terms, as I'm sure he'll prove all over again without a lucky hit. Maybe then folks will learn?

Don't kid yourself, you'd do just about anything for a few points to rub together. But as long as people are foolish enough to lend to you on "normal" terms, you'll keep screwing it up

mpasch...I'll say it again: the set of terms above are the only ones this degen has ever respected, and only after he tried wriggling out of them several times and got smacked down. 2 points a day is exactly what he'll send, never catching up on the balance and no doubt expecting that sending 2 points for 3 days in a row earns him a 300 point bump.

At this point, anyone giving him any leeway deserves the scamming they'll receive

The problem is that he has burned pretty much everyone else he's ever borrowed from, and the only way he continues to borrow is because people step in and think "Well, he hasn't burned me, so it's OK!" and keep lending to him. Lending to him without meaningful restrictions, it isn't a question of "if" you'll be screwed, but "when"

and if I win all 3 leagues ($2400), I'll give you a 1000 pts.

Guys get off mpaschal's back. He has made alot of points in interest off of carseller. He loaned him 100 points a few months ago and because carseller didnt pay it back within 1 week, he had to pay 300 points. And in another loan, he made about 75 interest on a 100 betpoints loan.


Likewise, I have given him 2 loans in the past 4 months or so. Both of them were paid back and I made more interest than I would have with anyone else. So the WORST thing that happens at this point is that he loses 298 points.
