Says "Before you can participate the following requirements must be met, You must submit account information before you can play." But when I go to do that, there is no box to enter your information! Anybody know what the fuk is go'in on?

After you click Join, you need to enter your SBR username under "Book Account". International users put in their bet365 account #. Explanation is on the right hand side.
