i tried to order pinnacle sportsbook cash a few times. every time it gets canceled without any reason.
just to clarify, i am outside US, i opened my pinnacle account via sbr, validated my id, transfered money and played with my money for a while.

now i am not even getting replies anymore from sbr, thats why i am posting here.

so, sbr... please explain it to me why my order always gets cancelled?

Number one culprit is not reading the rules. I understand you are saying you opened the account properly, but Pinnacle requires you to take an extra step beyond that. Records indicate you have received this PM more than once. I know you think you're verified, but it takes an additional step.
