I don't know if this has been tried before but I'm kind of curious to see how this plays out. What I'm offering here is not a loan, but a chance at some real return on investment. Allow me to cut to the chase.

I would like to sell you half of my future earnings till July of next year. That includes Poker, Beat The Prick, Any SBR contests and most likely the SBR Poker cup winnings. If you look at my point history and my loan repayments you'll see I've averaged about 2-6k points here a month between poker & the SBR Sportsbook.

Now before we get to the buying information, I want to lay out a few stipulations to protect all of us.
1) The amount of points I get from the highest bidder will be sent to a representative of my choosing such a Triple D, Yisman, BitemeUsDoj or beerdog etc. I will have 24 hours to use/spend do whatever I want with the points till then.

2) I will not enter the SBR Sportsbook, nor shall I play ring game poker with the exception of Free plays I win in Beat the prick or roll over for poker points. If I win any of the above I will immediately ship half the winnings to the high bidder, the other half to my rep I picked earlier. This way there will be no grey area or confusion on points and who they belong to.

3) I will not cash out my points in the SBR store until the High bidder acknowledges in PM the cash out and amount being sent to me by my rep. Once again to maintain transparency.

Now for a full disclosure:
Why in the world would I do this? Well quite frankly I'm tired of being points broke. By restricting myself from the poker tables and sportsbook I ensure I'll keep my points. Even giving away half of my earnings I'll still be ahead at the end of the year than if I held my own points.

I'am sick, I've had recent health problems and I could die. But then again any one of us could die at any point too so I don't know how much of factor that should play in a no guarantee world. But transparency is the name of the game so I disclosed it.

I owe Triple D some points yes. I've not stiffed one single person. The main reason I want to do this is actually to earn enough to repay Triple D. DS I don't know why your trying to stir the pot with me? Did I do something to you?
I also sent Triple D a link to this thread so he could voice any objections. This is for half of my winnings, not all so there is nothing saying I can't repay like I've always & current am doing.

Its just a bad idea. Your selling half a years worth of points for a few crumbs now. Awful idea on several different levels.

Play your dailies, roll over a few and you will be done in no time

are you not sending the 1/2 of the points straight to the person who bought them? you say something about sending them to triple D or yisman. maybe Im missing something. why do they hold any points in this? how oftern are you sending 1/2 of what you make? daily seems like lots of work? weekly?

I get that the person holding points for you is to clarify what's your balance (after paying out 50%)...are they holding them for the next year so you can' request them back before then?

I agree with DS, would be better just to roll over some poker points and carry on...but to each their own. Important to realize this deal isn't a net generator of points, although I understand wanting an external force to help with discipline. Good luck!

I'll do my best to Clarify, but first I wanted to say Thank you/Apologize to Downsouth. Posts are sometimes hard to read and I misread your statement as an attack not a statement of opinion my fault sir. Thank you TryTryTry for the well wishes it's appreciated. Long winded post ahead due to lots of questions.

Secondly It sounded good to ship half the points to the buyer so they got their asap and me ship mine away to Triple D that way I had a zero balance always. Basically to avoid disputes on how many points where really mine etc. It did not occur to me that just shipping the whole thing to Triple D so he could distribute them would be more effective for record keeping.

As to paying out daily,weekly, or monthly. I don't expect I'd cash everyday in Poker nor do I plan to alter my play style to one of bobbywaves or 4uk4life so I can min cash daily. So payments would be made as I earned them which should average 2-3 times a week. Triple D had it right, he would hold my points and not allow me to have access to them until the end of this agreement.

My big oversight here was actually not seeing that I could of just asked Triple D to hold my points for me due to my lack of restraint with my own points. I just don't see any mount of points below 3k of value, it's stupid but that's how I feel. So I'll gamble till I get there stupidly. This was a safe way to finally have a real points stash. The big problem with just triple D holding them though is me having the discipline to send my points to him without a debt/outside force compelling me to do so.

Not a bad idea no1here. I may scrap this and start a Contest like that. Maybe a twist on it. We assign someone to hold/keep count of points sent and just see whom earns the most in 5 months with no one able to withdrawal during that time.

Alot of people here willing to run at the mouth but very few willing to help. I thought that I was giving you the edge by including first to 10K. We can do 1250 for first there and another 1250 for one having most after 5 months as long as they have reached 10k. No loans can be taken during time period and triple d will surely hold points. My points on hand including 200 in sb can go to your loan as well as yours where-as we are both starting from zero. We will have to be pretty equal in poker roll overs currently held. Triple D can wait for the rest of his points until challenge is over. At that time I will be refunded my 700 points going to loan no matter what total has been reached.

Chi-pup cancelled his offer; I made a NEW offer to him that he is free to accept or reject. It's no longer a bidding process; he withdrew that auction process altogether. My offer to him is a stand alone offer, not subject to being overbid auction style. Obviously, he is free to consider all offers from other members, including those p-o69 and no1here submitted.
