gimme a break donker...maybe he talked some shit, but can't really expect a guy to pay up on a bet he doesn't remember making if you don't have any proof he did it. As I said before, it's easy to imagine people remembering it differently; there's a not-so-fine line between talking shit and a concrete wager, and if you don't get firm commitment on the wager, don't really have a leg to stand on man. It's comparable to the people in this thread expressing doubt that you're a lawyer, but not committing to the wager (will be interesting to see how many doubters pony up the points, lol). Enjoying these threads since there haven't been any Tony is god threads recent. Couple points. Bet is a bet and for such paltry sum a man should honor it, even if he was half crocked. 2nd, u guys give way too much credit to lawyers as being smart people. Some of the stupidest morons I ever met were lawyers. Not sayin Donk is dumb, but realize the inbred Kennedy family 2nd and 3rd generation were all lawyers (albeit some passed the bar after 4 tries in private chambers with assistants)

if you make an official betpoints wager is has to be documented in the betpoints sub forum. Make a thread have both parties show up, credit or post up discussed and done and thats that. If that was not done well its all a dream and a maybe, wannabe, thought I heard, punk screwing me over, blah blah blah nothing.
Ive had dozens of people in PM say they want to bet this or that to me. and I reply back OK. but the points bet is not official at that moment! nobody holds the bet as official right then. A simple thread is then started with some details or at least "bet as per PM", or bet as per chat in poker". both parties confirm in some manner. Points are added or terms added and you have a fun wager to play out either way win lose or draw... Donk by your strange lawyer interpretation anything said or mentioned could be considered a betpoints wager? that’s crazy... Are you pissed a stranger on the internet at 3 AM discredited your profession and role in life, yea sure we get it, get over it.....

Tat has more than proven through his generosity that he does not give a flying fukkkk about points. Two things have to be done here if you actually expect to get paid on this.
1) Pick one respectable person here and let them confirm you're a lawyer (you seem to be heading towards doing this).
2) Prove the bet was made (have yet to see much progress on this front)
Until then, move on and learn from it like Try advised.
