SBR Sportsbook issue, and Live Help not working...
I won a parlay bet with some Free Play Pts a couple weeks back. After transferring the pts over, and logging in the next day. It said At Risk was at minus 75, and Available at 75. My balance is at 0. So now it won't let me place any kind of wagers in the sportsbook, or casino. Even transferring pts over from my account doesn't help.
I've tried using the Live Help, but it always times out with a connection error. Does anyone know who is handles the Sportsbook accounts on here? Thanks.
