its a split line.. half your risk is at over 1/2 half risk at over 1 all in the same bet... very common form of soccer lines

I only win half ?
for example I put 500 on it
score is 1-0 at the end and odds are +ev
Do I win 500 back plus the risk or just 250 plus risk

You risk 133 to win 100 if its only 1 at ht you get half you stake returned and the other half settled at -133 so basically its 2 bets so you need 2 goals to win both bets if theres no goals then both bets are losers
