    SBR store question- Store gift card?

    I see an ONLINE GIFT CARD and then a STORE GIFT CARD.

    Are they like V-ISA giftcards?
    Is it good in any store? Or just specific stores?

    And your lawyer(s) must not be very well-informed about US trademark law if their direct advice was to denote them as "online" and "store".

    No permission is required if mentioning/referencing an item given as a prize/etc, as the legalese considered around points being used/spent in the store to get items is assuredly akin to cashing in tickets from the ski-ball machines for stuffed animals.
