I think he will pay you. I just think it will be on his terms and when he feels like. Wont be fast as if you look at his Twisted Dragon loan he slowpays the shit out of that guy despite that guy basically loaning him 10k for only 7k repaid and with no interest. Basically what he has done was forced you to give him a loan.
Only fair thing at this point is to attach loan terms to it. He owes you 1000, make it 1200 for the month and then add on 1% a week which is fairly standard around here nowadays. He basically has to agree as he cant really say I stole/borrowed your points and you have no right to charge me interest.
And in the future, never post up to degenerates. You can bet with them but post up should be out of the question. This is basically one step ahead of posting up for a bet with Carseller. If you want to bet with them fine, but ask yourself this, why would you need to post up with him. Your reputation is stellar and never had an issue, his is a degenerate, slow pay. He should be posting up for any bets.
I actually gave him shit at poker tables the other day (he quickly quit responding)
Basically his response was to tell me Im like PO69 for giving him crap, he will pay you eventually, and he used your points because there was a bet that he just couldn't help but bet on.
And of course after he took your points he rolled over 250 plus from poker and couldn't be bothered to get it to who it belongs to, instead it had to go into the casino.

Funny thing about his "loan" from twissteddragon is that he borrowed 10,000 points. But he was GIVEN 3000 points as a gift from twisteddragon before that loan!!!
