    A good loan is one where I look back and say if I had to do it again, I would.

    This was not one of those loans, especially when I reduced interest several times for Carseller, including not counting interest for 3 months.

    Carseller kept pushing me to post (the majority of my posts in this thread were made at his behest). So this is my reply.
