Need help with Vividseats order from the sbr store
Hoping someone at sbr can help me out or someone else can point me in the right direction. Basically ordered 3 x $100 gift cards from vividseats in early June. Noticed all 3 cards had the same code on them and asked vividseats support if this would cause a problem and they looked at it and said no I'm all good. Sure enough tried to order tickets yesterday for this Sunday and ran into problems. Vividseats voided all of my vouchers and said they would resend new ones but they couldn't send them to me directly and sent them to Sam from sbr because he purchased them in the first place.
I'm up against the gun for Sunday tickets now. I emailed Sam at the address I had a day and a half ago to forward me the new codes but haven't gotten a response yet...I got an email of sam@sbrnewsdesk.com to us from chat but that simply bounced. Can anyone at sbr help me out because if Sam isn't checking his emails for a few days I'm screwed
