Two Pizza Hut $15 ones, one Papa John's $15 one. Three in a row, all times I got the SBR emails saying 'Thanks for your order.' And 'Your order is closed.' BUT NO ACTUAL COUPONS. I never had an issue until now (this started around April 15th). I have checks and balances on my email address where if something ends up in SPAM, I get it at a couple other email addresses so nothing is ever missed, NOTHING.
Is there a way someone can contact these pizza companies who send these gift cards out? I mean you have a customer owed $45 here. Sounds like possible fraud here on the pizza company's behalf. Maybe we can check and see if the ones I ordered have been used?
And listen I'm sure Sam is busy handling all requests but I feel like my issue is being ignored. I mean if I was a site owner/ADMIN, possible FRAUD and a customer not getting what they ordered would be a priority to me.
I would make the person at the companies responsible for emailing these coupons (which are as good as money) furnish evidence, such as a 'sent email' that they sent those 3 coupons to my email address and then we can go from there.

Well, then there is an issue with the pizza companies as this is THREE in a row that I have yet to receive. This is a problem. The mail address is correct. Is there a way for me to contact someone at the companies who is in charge of sending these out?
