Two Pizza Hut $15 ones, one Papa John's $15 one. Three in a row, all times I got the SBR emails saying 'Thanks for your order.' And 'Your order is closed.' BUT NO ACTUAL COUPONS. I never had an issue until now (this started around April 15th). I have checks and balances on my email address where if something ends up in SPAM, I get it at a couple other email addresses so nothing is ever missed, NOTHING.

Is there a way someone can contact these pizza companies who send these gift cards out? I mean you have a customer owed $45 here. Sounds like possible fraud here on the pizza company's behalf. Maybe we can check and see if the ones I ordered have been used?

And listen I'm sure Sam is busy handling all requests but I feel like my issue is being ignored. I mean if I was a site owner/ADMIN, possible FRAUD and a customer not getting what they ordered would be a priority to me.

I would make the person at the companies responsible for emailing these coupons (which are as good as money) furnish evidence, such as a 'sent email' that they sent those 3 coupons to my email address and then we can go from there.

Well, then there is an issue with the pizza companies as this is THREE in a row that I have yet to receive. This is a problem. The mail address is correct. Is there a way for me to contact someone at the companies who is in charge of sending these out?

Were they physically mailed to me or emailed to me? If they were mailed, then it makes sense I haven't gotten them. But if they were emailed, that makes no sense as I always get emails from SBR. If they were emailed, you should be able to re-send them to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

The gift cards are sent from the pizza companies not by SBR. I use the email address that you provided, Copy and paste is how I do it so I know there was no error on my end.

Woo hoo, got them...many thanks to Sam who spent about an hour sorting things out with the company that sends the coupons out. My email address kicked them back for whatever reason.
