We thought that sbr wouldnt allow the gifts no1here. But just keep paying his 10 points a day if you want to yisman. As long as it goes to yisman and NOT carseller, then everything is fine. It helps yisman out and obviously helps out carseller. Carseller will be out of his hole in 2 months and you are helping him as well.
If you really want to help him, then save up 3000 points for his pro renewal in a few months

Yep... as it stands now, CS's thievery of blowseq's pts (not to mention his previous thievery of yis's and his other egregious behaviors, bankruptcy, etc) was the best thing he could've done.... as he was ultimately rewarded for it -- w/SBR's apparent blessing.
Why would anyone expect CS to change?... he always gets away w/it. The ultimate responsibility for all this has officially shifted.
Now I see (via a no1 post) yis might have to settle for less to get the loan cleared.Amazing.....

I could smell through no1here's bs right away. If you're truly interested in doing the right thing and paying off a debt, you don't transfer 10 points to yisman when you're holding 1000. Then ship 800 to carseller as a poker stake when yisman was already staking him.
Mike, yisman has agree to this. I need Carsellers4 out of the hole to where-as he can help pay yisman back. Being in the hole does yisman no good! Yisman not staking anymore I don't believe but I am. Currently my bankroll is Carsellers4 bankroll.

No, you won't. Because something inside you is a bit off. You never get anything sorted... you just keep trying to find suckers. I can only assume it's because the people you screw over are randoms online and not friends you see on a daily basis. I suspect your nose would've been rearranged a few times or a limb or two broken by now if the latter were true. I think of the guys I know from the track and back when I was hitting up the Indian casino back home who pulled the same Peter to pay Paul crap that you do. Massive degens who always managed to stay one step ahead until they finally ran out of suckers. And before they ended up dead/disappeared/severely injured they'd rant about how the 'man' was out to get them and if only they had a bit more time to hit that big run they knew was just a couple hundred away. Sadly they never realised they'd already hit many runs... they just didn't know when to/couldn't quit.
Just ban him. Don't give a reason, don't respond to the backlash. Just lay down the ban hammer. That's the broken nose he needs.

Hmmm... that's kinda a hard one to put in the stipulation category b/c of CS's prior repeated SBR violations (I would figure outright points theft alone -- documented -- i.e., abusing other community members... would be against SBR rules and give SBR control leeway) BUT ok, let me stipulate to that for a sec:
Why no control over yet another broken agreement? (read: scam of no1) ... and being allowed to start scam threads like "OOOOOPS forgot about poker" that is PURPOSELY trying to deceive unsuspecting members into giving him points.
This isn't rocket science and hard to discern. We all know that thread was an attempted SCAM. The title itself wasn't honest. We can see before our eyes he's spitting in no1's face and scamming him, too. All on top of all the BS scamming thievery in his history... and all the scamming attempts YET TO COME.
But SBR has no control over these kinda 'agreements' and deceptive practices by CS?

Weren't you the one saying few weeks ago (rightfully) that SBR was concerned about creating a forum environment where people that hang out here don't have to excessively worry that the other peeps hanging around aren't out to lie, con or outright steal from them? CS's whole SBR existence here from the beginning seems to be incongruous with that sentiment; he's the epitome of the ANTI-MEMBER

No there won't be a banishment. Your 800 point poker stake has been cancelled as you gave him 30% of what you earned despite saying he'd get 80%. If you haven't gotten the hint by now, either collect and use points properly or don't even bother.
Biter- SBR isn't in the game of getting involved with the Points Forum. The 4 times I've seen it in the 3+ years I've been working here it's been because the amount of complaints and upset emails from people have been unmanageable. Carseller continues on this path and he will be banned very soon because I will no longer stick up for him and it's past the point of him being an asset to SBR. It's actually now been turned into a joke and somehow no1here is the only one who seems to have missed the memo. Carseller's been advised of this privately so I have no problem saying this publicly now.
Back in negative bravo Shari
sbr should start putting up odds on how many minutes after midnight Carseller will lose all 13 points each night.
