    Why can't I spend my points ?

    I keep trying to spend my points on a vivid seats voucher. The order keeps being cancelled and 'Sam' now says "You are only eligible for sportsbook cash orders"

    What does this mean ?

    You sure about that? I know you can't sell points anymore for neteller or moneybooker or whatever it was, but over winter break you were able to buy points if non-US, maybe it's changed since then?
