    At other forums, you would get a 1 month ban for posting someone's name. Of course this forum doesnt ban anyone anymore, but it is in bad taste to mention names on a gambling forum.     Trying to get him banned, set him up? While I have played the poker tourneys I dont pay attention to what the buy in is. Its not like I have to budget for it. I just log in and register, and half the time someone else does it for me.

    And as far as getting him banned. Looks like he will do that on his own. When he took no1heres stake of 800 to play poker with and give him 80% of return he agreed to play the tourneys and give him winnings. NOw it appears he has decided to not play the tourneys instead choosing to focus on sending him points at midnight to casino and then offering additional stakes to anyone willing to send him points. SO basically he once again broke an agreement with no1here and will probably break any additional agreements he makes.

    They told him no more loans etc (sitting here hoping shari returns my six points) and so now he uses the term stakes. He will owe 500% of anything he wins if he is allowed.

    who logs in for you and registers for sbr poker tourneys? anyway i do believe you were trying to help him and not set him up. but even with 50k points i would note the buy in but thats me. i know about his deal with no1here but i do not know anything further then that. i have my own debt to pay. but if he broke that agreement too then he is on the edge of a cliff right now waiting for admin to push him off. take care ds

    Im surprised Shari has not stepped in as she seemed to make it pretty clear that if he did not live up to his end of the "stake" then there would be reprecussions. Instead he basically stole the points and now refusing to keep his points to play poker tourney you have zero chance of ever receiving anything. This was what people tried to warn you about. As soon as you got involved here he had the ability to hold your stake hostage...ie, if you do not give him more points then he will obviously not play tourney, thus giving you nothing back. So your decision is to eat the loss of the 800 and whatever you have sent him additionally plus Yisman. Or send him more points in hopes of getting something back when/if he ever returns anything from poker.

    Again sorry it worked out this way but a few minutes of listening to others would have kinda told you what was coming.

    Sharis only real options now are ban him or reverse the transactions b/t no1here and CS thus leaving him again in the negative.

    The worst thing for carseller is when Sbr changed their tournament payouts from top 20 to 12. No way seller ever finishes top 12 in one of these tournaments.
