I guess I've never experience a push using a freeplay because I'm being told by SBR sportsbook that they don't return freeplay points on a push. Is that standard practice in the industry? That's some bullshit there, if it was a pure play the risk amount would be refunded. To top off the excellent customer service, the live chat disconnected when I questioned them ... nice work guys

Well it is standard for at least 25% of the books. But almost all of the books will initially grade the play as a loss. But books like 5dimes and others will give you the freeplay back if you call them and tell them about the push.


Many times bookmaker will do the same thing. Dont use live chat though, pick up the damn phone and call them and that gets the job done
