I am sure this will be deleted but here goes...Feb 15th I made went to the SBR Store and purchased three months of Sports Options $99 line service with my betpoints. I inquired to make sure this order was processed properly, and was only told via email by SBR Sam that my order was complete. Three days ago I start receiving emails stating my Options account will expire in three days. I write SBR back and am told I am only allowed to purchase this in the store on a month by month basis, three max.(keeping mind I had three months of points deducted from my account). Their solution was to refund me the points, problem is I let my pro status lapse. They told me it is not a software glitch although I do not know how else to describe it.
Seems to me the only logical solution should be to deduct the two months for the Options line service..but not according to SBR.
