All you have to start doing is paying your 7 points a day to yisman, then you still have 6 points to grind into BIG MONEY in the poker tournaments.

Though PaulyPoker does have a point, we are just trying to move forward now. Carseller can start fresh from today and grind those 6 points anyway that he wants. He just wont get anymore than that.

If you agree to this and she says its okay I will make one last go of staking you.. but if you skip a day of sending yisman 13/12 or sending him anything less than the max %'s I make below when my cut of the stake is taken out I will be done forever for real.
This is basically like me offering you one last time.. but she would have to allow me to stake you in poker (sending you 6 per day)..
Not even sure why I am offering this.. but it will help you pay your debt so you can be a user again .... if you are worried about nothing to gamble with... u have daily poker(so you get your fix).. and you will have to stop at 60 (recommended) on your trivias.. then do with that as you wish. (also the 10% to gamble from poker rollovers)
Stake would be 70% owed to me / 20% paid to debt/10% for you to gamble(debt payment is expected/encouraged out of this).
If you get up on paying me net +500 pts .. then I will go down to 60me/30debt/10u... if you get up 1k I will do 40/40debt/20u.

Stasha don't do it - you've been down that road before. I like you, but it's difficult for me to emphasize with someone who makes the same mistake, over and over.
Shari, I hope you're serious about taking some action. CS4 is not good for the forum, and he is a scammer. Prohibit anyone from transferring him, and prevent him from transferring points to sportsbook. Cut off his enabling behaviour with any hopes of doing right by people who have tried to help others.
Let us know what you're contemplating to get back at that evil SBR who forced you to borrow points and then piss them away.
Stash - you can stake whatever you like. As I said, no pts loans will be available to CS. So if he wants to blow his 12pts a day, so be it. He'll be caned for it and it's up to the Points Forum guys to sort out. But he can't come to SBR and expect them to facilitate him taking out even more loans or "gifts" after declaring bankruptcy. Imagine someone doing that with BkofAma. Borrow a heap of cash from BOMA clients, stiff them and then try to use BOMA to get even more cash. Sheriffs would be at your door for even trying.
As I said most guys just get banned and you never hear from them again. CS, you're being given your final chance. Do whatever but as soon as you try to make the whole thing worse you'll be gone.

I changed some terms slightly to accomodate cs4 style.. most points still go to debt and this will help keep Carseller on track ..if shari is okay with it.. carseller is going to cheat you in the stake like he has done in the past. Read above how he does this or send me a PM and I will explain. You stakers might not want me to say how carseller gets around the staking sometimes

I have secured my spot in the 9PM not once but TWICE now.

Exactly and there are many others that continue to screw people over. Just because Carseller is the most recognizable debtor he gets his 12 a day taken away? I mean mrpooh, iceminers, Rod, mp, Snickerdoodles and so many others have stiffed thousands and they are still able to collect their 12 a day without any consequence. I am sure secretstash has a list a mile long with offenders that have screwed him over.

1. My original agreement with yisman required that I send 6 a day to debt. For the last 6 months I have missed that requirement 3 times.
2. 3 times in 6 months.
3. 3 times in 6 months.
4. Do you incompetents understand this?
5. 3 times is also the number that I have screwed up Sunday tournament staking....I compensated him for that by adding that to my debt total.
6. During this time I have paid back over 4,000 points.
7. Over 4,000 points have be paid back to yisman
8. That's 4,000 points that have been borrowed and paid back.
9. I have to repeat myself, because idiots around here make assumptions and jump to conclusions.
