Even under hats, polos and tshirts. Is it permanent or temporarily?

I'm still wet behind the ears so I wouldn't know ...but I'd be kind of surprised if it ever was in any other way in actual items?

Yes, the only thing non-us folks can now get is Sportsbook Cash, as long as you meet their new requirements.
Used to be very nice to order gift cards and other souvenirs from SBR but no longer (as of Jan 1st I believe).
