This is like saying Gisele Bundchen or Kate Upton, either is a great choice.

There's in no research to do.

Dr's w/out borders helps people in need of medical care. Treating people for free in Africa of deformities, or helping out during Hurricane Sandy (first time they helped out in the US).

Make a wish attempts to make people with terminal diseases enjoy a life dream before they go on to a better place. I'm sure you've seen the stuff on ESPN where they take a cancer patient to meet with Tom Brady or whatnot.

Both spend money appropriately, you really can't go wrong.

I personally love Make-A-Wish also, Doctors without borders is great also, but something about a sick kid getting to meet his hero is just awesome. But as some have said you can't go wrong either way.
