its a current debt though man that he has avoided for 8 months
by u lending to him that guy will continue to be stiffed for months and months longer and your also putting yourself at a much higher risk of a repeat of that.
if we let all stiffs get loans ignoring the original debts they owe then that would be mayhem.
I am not saying people dont get 2nd loans and things.. but normally its when they are making good on one and arent breaking terms.. him not paying for the last half a year is a clue that he has no plan to make good on it.
gl though man.. u are definitely not someone I want to see get stiffed.. but I will also say I wouldnt make this loan unless u know the guy personally and have proof that he will pay u both and not pay u and think he did well in essence avoiding the earlier debt and stiffing.

I have informed Triple about this loan. This guy Haxior is off from forum for last 6 months,his pm doesnt work. Soon as he come back ill repay him in full.

And I am sorry I was assuming you were not up front about that old debt. I still feel like the loan is risky to say the least.. but I guess Triple_D has heard everything and made a decision that its an amount he is willing to lend.
If Haxior ever returns (even though doubtful) you still indeed owe the debt. As long as you agree with that, I will not disagree that you should be given a 2nd chance.
GL guys and hope the loan goes smooth. I simply came in here because I did not want Triple_D to be taken advantage of.. could I just let it go and have other lenders get screwed over sometimes, NO.. I am not that type of person and I wouldnt let another get involved in a loan without knowing all the information.
